      A company that's work culture is worsening by the day!

      Pros

      Elixir provides decent exposure focusing on middle & senior mandates. The work life balance is also good. The work pressure is manageable.

      Cons

      The leaders seems more keen in politics than coming up with ways to increase revenues & making it a better work place. This hampers the growth opportunities for the employees.

      You will get a lot to learn here. The work culture is very friendly. Elixir Web Solutions is an employee-oriented organization which helps you to grow professionally and provides free working environment.
