      Elixir provides decent exposure focusing on middle & senior mandates. The work life balance is also good. The work pressure is manageable.

      Cons

      The leaders seems more keen in politics than coming up with ways to increase revenues & making it a better work place. This hampers the growth opportunities for the employees.

      Pros

      The work environment is supportive and friendly, which makes it easy to collborate with the team. One of the best things about the company is how helpful the seniors and team leads are-they are always willing to guide juniors. Overall, it has been a great place for me to enhance my HR Knowledge and build confidence while working with a helpful and understanding team
