      I have been working with Elixir Technologies since past two years and its has been the most incredible journey of my career, helpful peers and very supportive management. Good PTO, Good work life balance, supportive of initiatives

      Flexibility in how to go about the job, and my schedule? That's about it...

      Cons

      We haven't had raises in years. And our pay isn't competitive in industry or geographic area. People keep leaving, which is funny because leadership has said "everyone can be replaced", and we keep making new hires for high ranking roles, so we all know they are paying $$$ to those people while the rest are getting sitting here without even a cost off living raise since before COVID....
