Micro management and always moving the goal post

People love gossip and you will be backstabbed by two faced people. HR isn’t on your side most of the time. Company doesn’t know how to run and CEO feels clueless. Lose a lot of money and lie at big get togethers about how great they are doing, but will shun you and threaten your job security if you know what the real numbers are. There are no raises and don’t let them fool you that there will be unless you switch positions. Lots of incompetent people work here and due to hard favoritism they never leave no matter how terrible they are at their job. Most upper management isn’t trustworthy. Definitely a place to come to work and keep your head down only talking to your team and nobody else. Will even try to keep you from using amenities like the ping pong table at times on your own free-time despite not being allowed to do so. Job security also feels threatened every few months when things go down hill due to the ten millionth restructure that’s supposed to “save” the company
