      Pros

      Discount at restaurants - that's really it.

      Cons

      - You'll never know if your paycheck is going to clear or go through. Bounced paychecks are a common theme and there is no apology whatsoever. - No direct deposit because they're cheap. - All staff is severely underpaid, again, because they're cheap. - Managers that have absolutely no idea how to manage people, especially the ones getting promoted only because they've been there for years but are actually terrible managers.

      Too few pros to mention

      Cons

      Poor training, management, and career path. You'll be hired as a last resort to save the business and then fired when the ship eventually sinks. Be prepared to work long hours for minimum pay and to be blamed for the company's shortcomings. This place is going nowhere fast.

      Large staff discount for food.

      Cons

      Incredibly underqualified FOH staff, absentee managers, and lack of care from all employees in the building. I saw things that I couldn't believe were allowed to happen in a restaurant. They're bouncing checks, and getting cut off from vendors. I won't be mentioning this company on my resume, because they are bound for bankruptcy, and giving some of the worst service in the city.
