      If you are in the good books of proprietors your incompetency will be awarded.

      Cons

      Policy is fluid. There is no flexibility. They use it as an advertisement gimmick and proudly acknowledge that policy is not flexible once you join. Ownership at a company level is in shambles. The people in decision-making are incompetent to make decisions. If you suck up to them everything is good if you don't you are treated with hostility and toxicity.

      Pros

      Elchemy has an amazing team of talented and highly qualified people. The founders are very passionate and driven and their energy and enthusiasm reflects in their leadership. This has attracted equally driven individuals to be a part of the team. The culture is good, everyone is very friendly, open to learning and mentoring. Its a bunch of young ambitious people coming together at work, and making the workplace fun!
