      Great Company headed in the right direction.

      Pros

      - Lets get the easiest stuff out of the way - The Technology is awesome - big thumbs up to the Data Scientists and Product Management teams - very energetic highly-skilled individuals. - CEO is awesome, very positive, supportive, approachable and motivated. - The Sales team have Security, SaaS and Consulting backgrounds which is the perfect mix - as we are not selling hardware and software - we are selling a Service.

      Cons

      Remember, its a "startup", we are building a culture and making all things better on a daily basis - the new Management is awesome and brings leadership, experience and talent.

      Santana row is a nice fancy location Usual snacks and dinner

      Cons

      Micro managing Leadership does not trust anyone Hired all sales from Qualys - and these guys are not good and very ruthless Product very unstable. They are trying but claims of performance and scalability are all false. QA is so manual that lots of bugs go to production. They have the worst benefits - if you do something stupid and join - factor in about $15k extra for your share of benefits compared to other companies Watch for dilution and how they renage on certain payments (expenses etc) even after they agrew to pay! Partnerships are all b.s. - they have been working on them for over a year and trying to flip the company to anyone interested - but the tech does not work as promised

      Pros

      Santana row has many spots to eat. Engineers at the company are good and easy to work with. They are in a hot space.

      Cons

      This company is micro managed by the CEO. The company changed the goals of my MBO retroactively. Company is slow to pay expenses. CEO expects only "yes-men". Don't expect to make a change. Company had a great CTO but he left.
