The best people and nights out you'll ever have. I probably had the most fun in Eir compared to any other job I had. The friends you make there will be pals for life!

Cons

The pay is only okay but definitely needs to be improved. It also feels like someone is breathing down your neck at all times.

Good place to go when your young to get experience as you will work on a number of different projects.

Cons

Don't stay too long as there is no pay increases and they always screw you on the bonus(its never 10%) Some employees do very little while others are overworked. Bad employees get rewarded while good ones leave! Its all who you know in there, sit on the couch and invite people to coffee and you'll go along way in the company. No pay increases, work as hard as you want... you will not get rewarded!
