Poor management. Constant bullying from managers about unreasonable workloads. Zero sick pay, barely any holiday and they pay well under the industry average. I handed my notice in after 2 years and was bullied by the production manager for leaving and they spent a week looking for a reason to sack me before my notice finished. Highly embarrassing and childish.
