      Leadership lacks vision

      Pros

      Compensation and bonus structure is not bad

      Cons

      Company culture and upper leadership is bad. They have removed the CEO & Founder this past year and there is no real vision for the company. Internal departments fight each other for billable hours and there is no training program.

      Pros

      Good Bonus structure (if you bill an entire quarter), work from home is a plus when you have a good cordial team to work with and know what they are doing.

      Cons

      Many can't list them all but the main one is a lack of direction/vision for the company and it's employees, work from home is a big minus when you work with a team of tech snobs, unfortunately most of the leadership are just that, salary hikes if any is minimal, work on weekends occasionally if the project is behind deadline

      Competive salary, standard benefits, open to business plans but not friendly toward family work balance

      Cons

      To many to mention..very poor management, no direction, no sales leadership, strong favoritism towards lower tiered sales personnel.
