- Everyone on the team is a master at what they do - There is a clear mission in place with regards to culture - Very friendly and welcoming attitude towards new starters - Remote-first working culture, with the ability work work however you want with co-working space membership. - Leadership genuinely seems to care about you
Cons
- The startup life means that prioritisation of tasks can change somewhat quickly
