Challenging, rewarding and healthy work environment where young and motivated talents can get a ton of exposure. Great location, inspiring individuals, it feels great to be part of a rising star in the FInTech universe. As a legal in-house, I get to improve my skills whilst being in contact with nice people having totally different backgrounds. It feels great to be the guy with a broad smile on his face commuting to work in the busy morning every Tuesday.

The small drawback of having a really social work environment is that it can be hard to fully concentrate at times. Other than that, no cons really. And even then, this is what earphones are made for.

A team players, and an incredible amount of loyal tech talent. There is something great about this balance of smarts and loyalty that makes me convinced Edgefolio will be around for a while

People are wearing many hats - the UX UI and some front end will be done by the same person. Sales, customer learning, and operations too. You get the picture...regular startup stuff
