Horrible place to work, there is an upper echelon clique and if you are not in it or if you dont suck up enough to be one of their toadies life their is hell, Avoid this place

Pros

Extremely casual attire, pizza once a month.

Cons

Dirty smelly office, filthy bathrooms, inexperienced lead personel that lack management skills. Unfortunately I witnessed after hours the lead person openly humiliating using foul language describing individuals that had left for the day. Talk about harassment. Lead personal continue to openly verbally abuse others and NOTHING is ever done until the complainant is let go! At Christmas, the owner asks for employees to donate money to a cause . We never got confirmation the total collected or given out AND the employees aren't given any form of receipt. She collects and gets the writeoff!

Actually there are no pros to this job.

Cons

CEO is rude and micromanages her management team while talking down to them. She pretends to like the employees that work for her as she talks bad about them all. Be aware of this place.
