      Every day I learn so much working at Eddy. I work with kind people who really care about each other. We do important work helping companies all over the country operate much better and helping them have a greater chance of long-term business success. I love working here.

      Pros

      Eddy offers a great work-life balance (like ability to work from home when needed), fantastic team to work with, beautiful office space, and many opportunities to grow as an individual and within the company.

      Cons

      Eddy isn't the perfect place for everyone. It is a grind with growing pains. No one knows every answer and no process is perfect. You have to be willing to adapt and figure things out-- but it will all be worth it.
