      Pros

      Work from home convenience. Set your own schedule. Only 20 hour minimum. Use your laptop (must be PC -Mac users beware).

      Cons

      Extremely Repetitive Work. More then ten seconds between calls will get you in trouble. Must work two saturdays a month. They advertise $15 and hour but what they don’t tell you is that if you take a five minute break you will not be paid. It’s almost impossible to actually make $15/hour. It’s more like half that. Pay attention to any time off you take -managers are disorganized and will literally just email you a cold termination letter. Scripted work that is extremely cheesy. They literally want you to sound like a Sham-Wow commercial. No benefits. Bonus is practically impossible to get.

      Working from home, that is literally all.

      Cons

      First of all the “trainer” appears to be on some kind of drugs as he’s always bouncing around. They expect you to be extremely animated and pushy. You are pushing elderly people to set an appointment to be pressured to buy a crappy bed. If you are a female expect to be sexually harassed by many of the men you get on the line. Don’t get sick either, if you miss any work they’ll passive aggressively sign you out of the system, make you wait 40 minutes trying to get in and then finally call you to fire you out of nowhere. This place is messed up. Don’t waste your time you’ll regret it if you do.
