Pros
The office is a pleasant space, people are friendly, and the company is very accommodating with regard to hours (vacation is theoretically unlimited, so long as you get a predefined number of hours in). Effort is made to do development "the right way" (unit testing, version control, CICD), at least for application development projects where we were in control of the codebase.
Cons
During eras in which there is a lack of billable client work, the hours policy stops making sense and becomes burdensome. Also, despite being a very small company, important decisions (such as the hours policy) are often made mysteriously without consulting affected employees.
