Pros

Lots of freedom, good people working there, fantastic products.

Cons

Very bad management on several levels. I got caught in a disastrous situation and several other irritating ones over the years. That includes general business decisions made from the top to the lack of vision and local market specific requirements that are not met or taking forever to be acted on. No training or onboarding at all.

People that go through the same as you, so you get great colleagues

Cons

I mean, reviews in here writing that diversity and inclusion is hreat there? Lol it’s a company full of ethnic Danes. English should be the company language, but there’s no one that follows that rules! All is in Danish 🤷🏻‍♀️
