      Some of the people are nice.

      Cons

      My manager complained about pictures of me (showing too much skin) which were posted on my private Instagram account (?!). Hire and fire mentality.

      Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your experience at EMnify was negative. We are working hard to constantly improve our hiring proccess. It's true that we treat the probation period seriously and we are aware that an early separation is a negative event for both sides. What we observe is that a high percentage of people passing the probation period, stays with us for a long period and enjoys the ownership and opportunities to grow they are given. We take personal issues like you mentioned very seriously and we listen to our employees and encourage them to share their concerns with HR and their managers.
