It's a very laid back work atmosphere, although that is only worth so much in a job. Aside from that, not much...
Cons
Management is full of crap. They are not growing like they tell you. They will lie to your face about anything and everything. They don't know how to run a business at all...

Pros
Nice place to work. Lots of phone calls but mix it up with contest to keep it fresh. Get lots of support from managers too. Nothing bad to say here. You make what you put into it.
Cons
If you don't like talking on the phone find someplace else to work. But they do give you good training.
