Pros

None whatsoever This place sucks the life out of you.

Cons

1. No culture or structure. 2. No training or enrichment. 3. Extreme micromanagement. 4. Zero transparency. 5. No paid time off. 6. No ethics or work-life balance. They will message you on your phone past work hours out of nowhere, even on your sick days. 7. Major workload. One person is expected to do three-four person’s tasks. 8. Extremely toxic culture. 9. Pathetically awful leadership and no vision.

Pros

As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, my experience has been incredibly positive and rewarding. From day one, I’ve been welcomed into a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values both individual contributions and team success. One of the standout aspects of this company is the emphasis on growth and development. The leadership team, including VPs and department heads, all are always supportive of career advancement and encourages continuous learning. Additionally, there is a strong sense of teamwork across the board, which fosters a positive and dynamic work environment. I feel encouraged to take on new challenges, grow in my role, and expand my skill set.

Cons

At times, the pace of work can be intense, but that is to be expected in a fast-growing organization. However, this intensity is matched with the right support from leadership and peers, which helps balance the workload effectively.

Pros

salaries are paid on time remote work

Cons

They advertise jobs as remote but force employees to come on site for various "activities", If you show up late, your manager humiliates you and you must submit written explanation. HR department is a mere puppet with no power, High ranking VP's are egotistical, maniacal and harbor petty personal vendettas and grudges. They hire people on contracts as not to bear any liabilities and this allows them to randomly fire employees without any consequences. No performance appraisal process, if an employee is on good terms with manager that is all it takes. Hard work and dedication doesnt guarantee any appreciation or even continued job.
