The Tulsa Management is AWFUL!! It's a popularity contest between leadership, they constantly whisper about lower level employees and point fingers. The training was a joke and the management team all gang up on you. If one doesn't like you, none do! They sit back and watched me fail from day one offered NO on the job training. You are thrown to the wolves and if you don't succeed, they make your life a living HELL, until you quit or they fire you! They promote they take care of their employee, but that is VERY FAR from the truth, it's the complete opposite! You are a burden and nuisance if traumatic things in life happen to you! They take care of the people they serve, or so they claim, but they don't take care of their own within. I have never been made to feel so stupid and pointed out in front of the entire team of employees, EVER! I hate that I had to even go through such a horrible experience and will do whatever it takes to make sure they don't make the next person that comes along fell so belittled and small!!!!
