    Pros

    Lab, LHSC, and Customer Service managers care about employees. Many good front line staff that go the extra mile to look after the client.

    Cons

    Poor senior leadership. They are not organized and use on undependable systems. After multiple changes. The leadership is still not good at communication or scheduling front line staff to support market needs. Local Lab and LHSC leadership in Winnipeg is good, but not given resources to properly manage their operations. The company doesn't encourage opportunities for development within.

    Pros

    unstable environment results in high employee turnover which consistently opens up new opportunities. Also a good place to train for better opportunities

    Cons

    disconnect between workers and management. workers treated like numbers and poor accountability of management. Takes a long time to move up.

    Pros

    Employees are mainly good and dedicated. It's good to work in a place that contributes to people's healthier lives.

    Cons

    The CEO should have been replaced with an external candidate with a track record of success in building teams and businesses. Vito Ciciretto is a bully, who tries to rule with fear. He promotes and hires his lackeys, and looks to get rid of anyone who isn't his yes man/woman. Good people leave the company because of his lack of leadership.

    Pros

    The company provides benefits even though they are currently switching to a new insurance provider because Manulife is too expensive for them. Some of your coworkers are extremely nice people and hard working.

    Cons

    Upper management doesn't care about loyalty or talent or it's own customers the patients. They will cut cost in areas that can put the patient at risk to save a dime. Records are modified to get past government audits and when they get caught they fight the strike instead of fixing the issue. Good talented people at Dynacare are being fired on a weekly/monthly basis for the past 2 years showing signs of this company dying. Labs are being closed throughout Canada and employees are even starting to Unionize to protect themselves. As more people are fired more work is put on the loyal good workers and then they eventually snap and quit themselves. Vito Ciciretto is the current CEO and should be named that on this profile because this is his doing and his responsibility. He will act like he never knew an issue occurred and put the blame on others to protect himself. Save yourself the drama and future firing by avoiding this company as a patient or an employee. They have been firing people that are only a few years away from retirement and then hiring people fresh out of school to save on cost.
