The senior developers are knowledgeable.

Cons

Double Line is the most disorganized place to work I have ever worked. Management is completely clueless. Many of the projects are way behind schedule and over-budget due to management incompetence. Avoid this place like the plaque.

People work in silos based on projects assigned. People are fired or let go without any announcement of the departure. Management pretends nothing happens.

Double Line Response

When an employee is going on medical/other leave or voluntarily/involuntarily separating from the company, unless the employee asks us share the reasoning, we can only share the timeline of departure, which we do at our weekly Town Halls. The Town Halls are optional meetings, and it's a valid point that team members may be caught off guard if they missed that announcement. We will consider sending Town Hall announcements in email as well.

Double Line has an amazing culture throughout the company. Management is extremely involved in bettering their employees and active in making Double Line the best place to work in Austin. Management and employees maintain superior integrity with a “Do The Right Thing” motto and attitude with their clients. I highly recommend Double Line to anyone who has skills that match an open position!
