Pros
- modern tech stack - not to many meetings and useless calls - agile in the real sense - really smart people to collaborate with - you get to buy whatever gear you need. Laptop, pc etc.. - I really recommend this company if you’re in Iasi and want to work with smart and cool people. Brotherhood vibe.
Cons
Not many. I would say the business model of outsourcing can be boring sometimes, but that really depends on what you’re looking for and considering the fact that the majority of companies in Iasi are outsourcing services I can’t really say this is a downside.
