      Pros

      Cool for a couple months. Great discount on equipment / lab services, lots of learning opportunities, networking with local professionals and product representatives.

      Cons

      Base pay is less than minimum wage and commission is not the best, with no willingness to improve. Little to no marketing to bring in more business. Any available promotions are usually not worth it. They claim to be flexible with scheduling but they really aren't. Very self-sabotaging, and it's hard to get people to stay for long.

      Pros

      Get to work with a variety of photographic equipment everyday, learn the ins and outs of the industry, opportunities to meet and network with local professionals.

      Cons

      Little to no official training for sales associates, management is not receptive to new ideas, pay is very average, area is sketchy to work in. Overall company atmosphere is not very positive. If you are not good at retail level sales, you won’t make a living wage.

      You’re around cameras and equipment, which is great if you are passionate about that

      Bad pay, worse management, 0 benefits, they do the very bare state required minimum for their employees and absolutely nothing more.
