      Pros

      The salary was great but not worth the lack of organization.

      Cons

      Company is not organized and departments do not collaborate enough. It is unclear how they will perform long term. Each all staff meeting is a repetition of the fact that they’re backed by BlackRock. There is virtually no company culture. They work across all US timezones and as a result do not honor an employee’s work life boundaries should they be in a different timezone than their colleague.

      Remote job and industry standard benefit.

      Cons

      No job security at all. They just laid off 20% of their total employees. Some staff don't know what they are doing, some are unqualified and unprofessional. Young managers- VPs and Directors who have lack of experience.

      Inexperienced managers. Lots of mistakes. Unprofessional,attitude biased positioning, discriminative decisions and actions.
