Some of the best things about working at Distinctly are: - colleagues who are experts in their field and genuinely care about doing a great job/delivering excellent results - a relaxed and supportive atmosphere allowing everyone to thrive as well as have a good work/life balance - flexible/hybrid working that brings people together in person but also gives staff the option to work from home, start/finish early etc - well-run initiatives that foster innovation of services, employee wellbeing such as Mental Health First Aiders and more - a big focus on career progression and personal development - a culture that is not dominated by big egos like many other agencies but instead enables everyone to have their voices heard
Cons
I don't think there are any major cons to working at Distinctly. To succeed in any agency you need to be adaptable to a fast pace of change and a varied workload, which may not suit some people who prefer a more sedate and predictable workplace.
