Not worth the time

Pros

Schedule flexibility, you can listen to music, overtime is always available.

Cons

The pay is low and raises are very tiny (If they are even given), management will walk around and keep looking at your computer to check if you are typing fast enough, management never praises you for a work well-done, management will ask you to work extra hours without thanks, promotions are rarely given, you have to reuse computers that other people use throughout the day, the place is rarely ever cleaned, there is rampant favoritism amongst management, the rules state that you cannot talk.

Pros

None..worst place I have ever worked..

Cons

Dmp is a ghost story .. The absolute worst company I ever worked for..Management is out of control from cursing and screaming and calling people names to racist comments this place was verbally and mentally abusive. I worked for the company for a few months and was never probably trained on how to do anything, was told by coworkers to never ask for help and to never say you don’t know how to do something or I would be cursed out I thought they were exaggerating until I saw it happened to a coworker right in front of me...So I was stuck not being properly trained and to scared to ask for help in fear of being yelled at...On top of a horribly abusive work environment the work was extremely boring and tedious..I have nothing good to say about this company..and am so happy I do not have to ever go back there again PLEASE If you are even considering working there ask around it has a horrible reputation and you’ll be thankful for listening to the roomers because unfortunately they’re all true about this place....I will make sure everyone knows how BAD this company really is in hopes to save them from this nightmare I had to go through myself.......

Pros

Flexible Schedule, Convenient Part Time Job for Students

Cons

Very low pay (basically minimum wage). Not much room to grow in this company. Management piles on work with no extra pay. I've seen people cry over how stressed out they were because of management and fellow coworkers treating them with little to no respect.
