      on-site gym, free cheap coffee, generally nice people (except for management)

      Cons

      2 cutlures - Chinese and other. unethical in so many ways. fear based culture (management). high turnover - in fact I started looking to get out within 3 months of arrival. no encouragement at non-manager levels.

      Horrendous management to work for. Felt I was working back in the 80s again - only worse! Sexism, racism, ageism rampant.
