      - Have team stand-ups and regular smaller team catchups to discuss any blockers & whats next. - Team members are helpful. - Collaborative design discussions with team. - Can work from home & have flexi hours. - Regular team coffee & team lunch outs. Show-n-tell by team members on various topics

      The company is growing hence can become a bit busy & challenging at times due to a varity of Customers.

      Pros

      Team coffee once a week Flexible working hour If you are keen to work in an environment where it's too silent, then this might work for you. Good to start experience in development.

      Cons

      No Human Resource No clear career progression Small company, only 6 people including the Managing Director No fun activities, only pure work. Old legacy applications are still supported No processes in placed, no software methodologies, etc. Monopoly of ideas (specially the senior developer)
