      Promising opportunity that turned into the worst mistake I've ever made.

      Pros

      The only pro is that you aren't alone in your hatred for how the company has allowed itself to be run into the ground.

      Cons

      -Atrocious work environment -Tech Support Managers constantly back stab their employees and continue to make it impossible for their techs to work honestly with the customers -Quantity over quality is the only thing that matters here and is very self evident in how customer cases are allowed to be handled. -Incompetence is applauded on a daily basis -Others within the company see how Support is failing yet either refuse or just outright don't care enough to fix it. -There really are too many things to list

      The startup that lost it's innovation

      Pros

      Digium was always very open and forthcoming with the overall company status and general direction of the company

      Cons

      Digium was a small startup that was doing big things, unfortunately a sizeable group from another company came onboard to basically fill every high level position and with it began steering the company down more corporate and far less innovative or risk taking paths and with it the overall business began to stagnate against competitors. Something reflected in the financial layoffs that followed.
