DI has some of the smartest and most creative people I have ever met, let alone worked with. There is a beautiful intersection of deep business acumen blended with extremely gifted creatives that give life to the products they work on. Each client receives a white glove experience and is walked through a crafted process that has been developed over time and focuses on execution. There is high opportunity for visibility and to learn on a wide range of topics as they design and develop unique products and processes for their clients, which is why they come back.
