My employment was terminated without cause after approximately three weeks.
Having worked at SaaS companies of a similar size, this was the most challenging onboarding experience I've encountered. Documentation was fragmented, some resources appeared outdated, and there was no clear source of truth during onboarding.
After requesting feedback, I was told there were concerns regarding problem-solving, ownership, and alignment with the team's way of working. Those concerns were not communicated during my employment with specific examples or an opportunity to improve.
