Pros

- Fully remote - Some team members were friendly and welcoming.

Cons

My employment was terminated without cause after approximately three weeks. Having worked at SaaS companies of a similar size, this was the most challenging onboarding experience I've encountered. Documentation was fragmented, some resources appeared outdated, and there was no clear source of truth during onboarding. After requesting feedback, I was told there were concerns regarding problem-solving, ownership, and alignment with the team's way of working. Those concerns were not communicated during my employment with specific examples or an opportunity to improve.

Pros

I wish I could give this a a negative star review. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! Only good thing was the coworkers. The management team sucks.

Cons

They expect you to ramp up in 3 weeks or you get fired. They don’t have any adequate training videos or processes to help onboard you or let you know the product, they throw you into demos your 2nd week and expect you to be fantastic and fall under their standards or they fire you. They make you do SDR & AE roles while only getting paid for AE. They don’t have any structure. They let go of people frequently.

Toxic leadership undermines a few bright team members

Pros

A few great people who are bright and hardworking - unfortunately this minority doesn't compensate for the rest of a typical Digitail experience

Cons

A fractured team fueled by the founders. They don't unite, they divide. The division is either a) geographical (if you're in Romania you'll be favored 10x everyone knows this it is the most egregious bias I have ever seen and it's so icky) or b) dependent on whether the CEO likes you. Warning: 90% of the company can think you're doing great work but if the founders have an opinion that's different, or if they would do it a different way then that's the opinion that is considered correct because they're just so brilliant that you can't see it like they do! If my Manager was generally happy with me and had no performance concerns then this could change instantly after the founders stop by with a different opinion. Managers are not the issue here, it's impossible and exhausting to challenge these people. I feel for anyone reporting to them. Although it doesn't matter if you report to them directly or not they will micromanage most things. TRUE OWNERS beware... Uneven policy application. Hybrid working is a mess at this company. When the heck am I supposed to be in the office and why doesn't that apply evenly to the folks adjacent to me? The expectations are so unclear. You can expect to be passed up for opportunities if you don't align with the CEO's vision for maximum office occupancy. Of course this doesn't apply if he likes you enough. Weak and confusing expectations overall. You will be given a lot of responsibility but no authority to take true ownership of your work. The founders like to reserve this for themselves. Guess who's accountable if things go wrong though? Definitely not them
