Pros

Loved the collaboration with diverse, talented, and creative individuals that sought out new opportunities to grow despite being in a legacy industry. I fully enjoyed my experience at Dictionary and the amazing people I was privileged to work with.

Cons

Churn in key positions, business priorities, change management, and ultimately the lay-offs brought on by the acquisition in 2024.
