Pros
This company really is like a family. Not the bad "please spend all your time here you belong to us" kind of thing. Management and people in general just really care for one another. The company is small enough to be nimble and effective, but big enough to bring some real challenges to its employees. You really are able to have a positive impact on the company if you put in the work.
Cons
As usual with smaller companies, some internal processes could be more fleshed out. But this isn't much of a problem at Dialog Insight.
