Pros

1) We're a driven high performing team who genuinely care about what we do and each other. Yes there are always going to be individual concerns, but our Managing Director keeps an open door (he actually doesn't have a door) policy that invites you to discuss your concerns without recourse at any time. 2) We're fun and we like each other. Genuinely. 3) Work-life balance is a priority to all of us 4) If you need something, you just have to ask. Every single convo with my boss starts with him saying "What can I do to help you?"

Cons

It's not so much a con as a phase. We're growing and changing, and the team are all working their tails off all the time. Actually that's probably a pro. I think we like it.
