What I appreciate most about Devblock is the professional, friendly, and supportive working environment. Team members are always willing to help, share knowledge, and solve problems together. The projects are practical and challenging, which gives employees many opportunities to improve technical skills, communication, and product thinking. The company culture encourages ownership, responsibility, and continuous improvement. Overtime is not frequent, and the workload is usually discussed clearly and managed reasonably.
Cons
The company could continue investing in internal training sessions, knowledge sharing between teams, and clearer career development paths for each role. More team-building activities across departments would also help people connect better and improve collaboration.
