Pros

Reasonably good benefits and pay

Cons

A narcissistic "boss" who shoots from he hip and doesn't seem to have a clear strategy. Cult-like environment. Unwillingness to listen to employees. Lower "managers" who have zero managerial experience and frankly don't belong in the positions they are in, as they have no concept of how to communicate, motivate, or foster a positive team environment.

Pros

Annual employee trip....it’s not worth it

Cons

Let’s start by saying this company is run by the Founder/CEO. He IS the company! He makes all the decisions, and uses his management puppets to enforce his rules and ever changing message. The founder relies on his “in-crowd” for gossip and backstabbing lies to decide if you fit his delusional culture message. The culture as stated all around the office walls is common sense kindness (no preaching necessary). This is in stark contrast of what the founder embodies himself. He has stated in various staff meetings to just pretend to be nice & kind (who says that?). He is a “do as I say not as I do” person, a true male-chauvinist. Instead of addressing issues with the various teams, things are being swept under the rug without solutions. The place if full of middle school drama, which seems to be relished by CEO/management. There are lots of secrets, gossip, and flat out lies going around the office, all originating with the same in-crowd group. Upper management (except for one) is unqualified, uncertified and lacks managerial expertise and people skills. If the owner likes you (nothing to do with qualifications) you will be promoted. If he doesn’t like you, you will find yourself continuously singled out by management for ridiculous & untrue allegations, without the chance to either deny, explain or defend yourself. In a court of law you are innocent until proven guilty....not at DWM.... If the “in-crowd” gossips don’t like you, your days are numbered. Since this is a “family run” business, there is no place to go to with complaints or suggestions. Management consists of CEO family, family friends and the CEO’s favorites. The only way you can work at that place, is to keep your mouth shut & stay in your corner. Most companies hire experienced & smart people, and would draw on their experience. DWM does not care about this, they want “yay-sayers”. Long story short - unless you enjoy middle school mentality, deceit, backstabbing, gossip & favoritism, stay away from this company! It’s not worth it....

Pros

Decent base salary compare to other firms.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Lost of drama and cattiness, starting from upper management and is feed throughout the firm. Your opinions & ideas aren’t important. The firm operates by whatever the CEO’s mood is. Many employees don’t have any confidence in management and are afraid to speak up in fear of getting let go.
