Pros

Absolutely no pros. This was a horrific place to work.

Cons

They lie during the hiring process, make you sit with your camera on all day, and have absolutely no respect for human beings. They will withhold payments, and take advantage of people. They blame employees for things that are absolutely not their fault, and continuously make extreme changes and expect employees to abide. If you don't, they let you go. They spin their contracts into "commission" based models, which is funny, because their employees have absolutely no say or power over the amount of clients they have and the work they have (which is what impacts your commission). Torturous place to work.

Pros

Remote working setup is good. But collaboration can be tough many times.

Cons

I worked there for only six months before switching jobs because they take a very long time to hire. Once you’re hired, the initial excitement fades when you realize projects aren’t organized properly. The management process is weak, and priorities constantly shift because leadership isn’t sure what to do.

We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. To begin with, we have not had an SEO Specialist on our team before. We just hired one a few days ago, so this review is definitly be anothr fake one or from competitons. Even if this is a valid review, we respectfully disagree regarding the comments about uncertainty and lack of organization, Designity operates on strong OKR (Objectives and Key Results) principles. At the start of each quarter, we set clear company-wide goals that align the entire team around a shared mission. From there, team members propose their own projects and measurable KRs, which are mapped into timelines to ensure structured execution. These projects are then broken down into weekly tasks so that the team stays focused, organized, and intentional in delivering results. We are proud of our collaborative, process-driven environment and remain committed to continuous improvement as we grow.

Pros

1. Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere worldwide allows for a global citizen mentality. 2. Supportive and helpful colleagues who offer invaluable mentorship and guidance, providing opportunities to mentor and see the growth of young designers. 3. Chance to work on diverse projects for big and small brands across different categories of projects, from web design to digital marketing, which contributes to building a system that works best for creative team members, fostering a sense of purpose and motivation to work every day. 4. The company prioritizes employee growth and development, helping individuals attain desired positions and offering a fun culture, including "best of" voting at the end of each month, showcasing top work with a prize. 5. The experience at Designity has been enriching both personally and professionally, providing an opportunity to work remotely, gain valuable guidance from colleagues, work on diverse projects, and contribute to a supportive and motivating company culture.

Cons

1. While there may be limited opportunities for in-person collaboration due to the remote work setup, the team ensures regular video calls and team-building activities to foster camaraderie. 2. As a growing company, there are areas for improvement in organizational structure and processes. Still, the team is open to feedback and constantly working on addressing these challenges, which presents opportunities for growth and improvement.
