Pros
Environment mostly quiet, people are encouraged to keep to themselves. Balanced work load among employees.
Cons
Very heavy favoritism within company. 30 mins for lunch for any adult is ridiculous. Clients are allowed to harass and yell at employees. Management members generally unfriendly and threatening; gossip about other employees.

Pros
Location - Office is located within residential Brooklyn Neighborhood so it's never too hard to find parking (if you drive).
Cons
- Increasingly bad medical benefits - Every year employees find themselves paying more and getting less from their plans - Not enough PTO. PTO is capped at 18 regardless of how long you've worked for the company
