      Great place to learn about the real estate industry. Coworkers are friendly and encouraging.

      Cons

      Upper management and ownership prefer a micromanagement style with very little concern for employee workplace culture.

      Pros

      Most of the employees are wonderful to work with and very helpful.

      Cons

      No retirement, wages are well below industry standard even at entry level. Management does not trust employees gives employees feeling that they are having to defend themselves on everything. Everyone walks on eggshells.
