Lots of really fun people work there.
Cons
Sales are not consistent. Long stretches without sales leaves job security at risk. When there are sales it is very stressful and deadlines are unrealistic. Management will not provide good tools to do the work. The company basically runs on spreadsheets. The CEO is a nacissist who micro manages everyone, his ideas are the best and he can do everyone's job better than they can. He keeps the company in constant turmoil. No room for career growth. Bennefits keep getting cut.
