They don't care about you. They don't acknowledge how crappy they treat their employees. They only send help to the drivers who choose to slack because they know they're gonna send them help. Dispatchers don't care about what you have to do after work. Dispatchers will do ANYTHING so they can get off work early, even if it means overworking their great drivers to help their lazy drivers. No motivation to do a good job when you're getting paid the same as the bad drivers. A lot of favoritism to the drivers who help a certain dispatcher steal from Amazon.

Everything. Underpaid overworked. Never got paid over time when certain people were working. No lunches. Hard workers will only be sent to help slackers while slackers get an easy day.
