      Pros

      -Employee focused organization, often putting staff needs high amongst their priority lists -Flexible working schedule with their hybrid model -Solid benefits and compensation package

      Cons

      -Insurance is a slow industry, and Definity is plagued by this like any other organization. While very innovative and forward thinking, you are often hampered by legacy platforms, systems, and processes that while changing, are slow to be brought into the modern environment.

      The soldiers and ground troops.

      Cons

      Controlling and a bunch of know it alls. Fox your poor retention and can the hire ups. God rid of managers and directors who put 10+ years of building a great culture to only just watch it crash and burn from a bunch of other managers from another insurance company where they probably failed to.
