Pros
The company although in Insurance business had a very good IT infrastructure. I learned a lot . Allowed flexible timing and work from home. Easy pace of development except some time.
Cons
The company started developing the software by itself. It was a very big Java development team. The company used all latest JEE features and application servers.After spending millions, the top management started thinking to sell the company. It started cutting the IT costs. Many developer were laid off. The company is still not sure what to do.
