Pros
The team is very tight knit and get on well. There are endless opportunities to drive initiatives yourself. Leadership is very open to new ideas and innovative approaches to problems. Recent growth has been exciting to be part of. Positive outlook going forwards!
Cons
Not a con but worth mentioning there isn't a set playbook to follow. It's a small company that is moving quickly - when coming in you are expected to take ownership and drive responsibilities independently.
