Pros
1) You will get to learn a lot if you are at the beginning of the career. 2) Great founder
Cons
1) lacks work life balance - you will have to work on Saturdays and Sundays and won't even be acknowledged forget about comp off. Also, everyday working is quite hectic as you are expected to be available even late at night. 2) whole senior management is brutal, lacks empathy, lacks leadership skills and knowledge to guide the team or drive the business functions. 3) micromanagement can go to the level of providing screen recordings if you are working from home. - they don't trust their employees and HR will turn blind to this culture. 4) 2 work from homes every month, but not easily available to take. 5) sometimes expectations can be unrealistic and becomes very difficult to make management understand what's the feasibility.
