      Pros

      I worked at debbas lighting India it was worst experience, The company has no internal control and will donot follow rules and regulations. It works at sheer wish of the General Manager.

      Good exposure to the lighting industry Helps to learn the art of salesman ship and negotiation Will get in contact with Architects and Lighting designers

      Cons

      After 4 months working there I dont know why I was hired . There is no management in the organization or no hierarchy of positions . More a female dominated environment and after some time you feel cheated , as you dont get your compensations at a right time.
