    Products are fun to sell Good support from IT in the retail locations Good employee discount On-the-job training tools to learn about the new collections Very good selling incentives Good communication among all the David Yurman stores across Canada

    Very high turnover in the retail locations No coaching opportunity Constant conflict between team memebers regarding sales and turns Upper management disregard unethical behaviours

    Discount on merchandise, management try hard to make your day q nice one by creating incentive and buying treats, chance to play with schedule in your favor

    Cons

    My biggest disappointment so far is the fact that after 4 years working in this company and been making almost every single of my yearly target, they haven't increase a penny of my salary.:) big disappointment.

    Employee Discount, get free food occasionally. Company bonding outings, lax work environment. Great company culture. It felt like a family working at the distribution center.

    Cons

    If you are a person of color you will have to work 10x as hard for management to notice you and realize you’re over qualified for your position. There is no diversity at the corporate level.

    The management including the yurman family is highly risk averse - if you are looking for a company with growth potential, this is not the place. bad corporate culture, bullies, no respect for associates, favoritism, no support from HR, no career growth

    Executive team could care less about the people People get promoted by sucking up to upper management. Senior management are rude and feel that they are entitled.
